Tapenade Recipe
A really great dip, I have it with crackers. Possibly the best thing to ever come from olives. I know people who hate olived but love this, Ive never known anyone who doesnt like this.
Ingredients
- equal quantities of black olives and sundried tomatoes
- salt
- mixed herbs or thyme
Method
- blend all ingredients together until it looks edible, I tend to have 4-5mm chunks of olive in mine.
