Olive, Sundried Tomato and Balsamic Vinegar hummus(?)
A paste my dad makes sometimes, he used it to fill ravioli but its just about great on everything.
Ingredients
- 1/2 tin chickpeas
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp pine nuts
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2-3 sundried tomatos
- basil, parsley, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Method
- Cook garlic until soft
- Glend everything except salt, pepper and balsamic
- Add salt, pepper and balsamic to taste
Notes
Up to you what herbs and seasonings to add, you can likely skip the pine nuts and sesame seeds and still have something nice
