Method

  1. Clean and cut kale into 1cm thick strips
  2. Cover in oil and seasoning
  3. Cook for 15-20 minutes at 150deg fan oven
  4. Remove when crispy but still quite green

Notes

You might be tempted to overly salt them, dont do that they taste bad
