Kale Crisps Recipe
A rare good use of kale
Ingredients
- Kale
- Olive Oil
- Seasonings (salt?)
Method
- Clean and cut kale into 1cm thick strips
- Cover in oil and seasoning
- Cook for 15-20 minutes at 150deg fan oven
- Remove when crispy but still quite green
Notes
You might be tempted to overly salt them, dont do that they taste bad
